Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing user-centric and visually compelling experiences for our digital products. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviors and needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and user interfaces with a strong emphasis on visual design, typography, and color theory.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, and use feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to a design system.

In addition to the above, you should have proficiency in the following design tools:

  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Sketch (if needed)

You are also expected to have the following front-end development skills:

  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Responsive Web Design
  • Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
  • React.js (or Angular / Vue if applicable)
  • CSS Preprocessors (SASS/SCSS)

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Converting Figma/XD prototypes into pixel-perfect UI
  • Performance optimization
  • Using animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Creative problem solving
  • Basic knowledge of backend (Node.js)
  • Understanding of Design Systems
  • Agile/Scrum exposure
