Senior Designer - UI/UX & Webflow

As a Senior Designer (UI/UX & Webflow) at Rubick.ais, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design direction of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and leading the complete UI/UX design lifecycle across multiple products, from research and ideation to execution and delivery.
• Building high-quality landing pages for Rubick AI and Rubick OS.
• Defining and driving the overall design vision, strategy, and UX standards for Rubick.ais product ecosystem.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders to shape product experiences and user journeys.
• Translating complex product requirements and workflows into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric design solutions.
• Conducting and overseeing user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to continuously improve product experience.
• Establishing, maintaining, and evolving design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Reviewing, critiquing, and elevating design quality across the team to ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual excellence.
• Mentoring, guiding, and growing junior and mid-level designers to foster a strong design culture and best practices.
• Presenting design concepts, strategies, and rationale clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and UX best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of overall experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of Webflow.
• Experience in building high-quality websites for companies.
• Asset design, interactive design, illustration, animation knowledge will be a plus.
• Deep expertise in UX principles, user research methodologies, usability testing, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, problem-solving skills, and leadership impact.
• A good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
