Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development, conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, conducting user research, and evaluating user feedback. Additionally, you will establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and thought process

• Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
• Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools
