As a UI/UX Designer at Cube, an early-stage Sequoia-funded startup in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our SaaS application leveraging generative AI technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent design language.
• Maintain a design system to ensure brand and UI consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics like engagement and conversion.
• Design UI variants for experiments and integrate findings from A/B testing into the product flow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications Required:**

• 13 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong grasp of user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral data interpretation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and iterating based on user behavior insights.
• Ability to translate data into design decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
