Product Designer (UI/UX)

As a Product Designer (UI/UX) at Saarthee, you will be an integral part of the Product Development team, contributing to the design and user experience of analytics, technology, and AI platforms. Your primary responsibilities and duties include:

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across multiple Saarthee products.
• Develop and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design ideas to life and translate complex data into user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide design decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes and iterate rapidly based on feedback and data insights.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and methodologies to enhance user experience.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 47 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design, preferably in tech or analytics-driven environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and design thinking.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for effective collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale clearly.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work from concept to implementation.
