Role Overview:
You are being sought after for the position of UI/UX Designer at a company. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences in collaboration with various teams. Your role will involve transforming complex ideas into simple design solutions, conducting user research, and ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for product improvement
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
- Work closely with Engineering teams for accurate implementation of designs
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product insights
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all product touchpoints
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to building a strong design culture and advocate for user-centric thinking
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or similar roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
- Experience in agile product development environment
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual design (typography, color, layout)
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals

The company operates in the Analytics / KPO / Research industry with a functional area in UX, Design & Architecture. You will be part of the UI/UX Role, employed on a full-time basis in Bengaluru.
