As a Costing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing product costing, conducting variance analysis, and managing cost sheets. Your role will involve monitoring standard costs versus actual costs to identify and highlight deviations. You will play a crucial role in supporting budgeting and forecasting activities by providing valuable cost-related insights to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze product costing, variance analysis, and cost sheets
• Monitor standard costs versus actual costs and highlight any deviations
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing cost-related insights
• Conduct inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency
• Maintain and update costing models, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and overhead allocations
• Provide management with cost reports and profitability analysis for decision-making

Qualifications Required:

• CMA, ICWA, BCom, MBA Finance

In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be involved in assisting with customer invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation as part of the Accounts Receivable function. You will work closely with the AR team to monitor aging reports, overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with sales and customer service teams. Ensuring timely posting of receipts and maintaining accurate AR records will be essential aspects of your role.

Please note that only candidates located in Faridabad, Palwal, Ballabhgarh, or Prithala are eligible to apply for this position. The budget for this role is up to 15 Lacs.
