Role Overview:

You are responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations including monthly MIS, group reporting, production controlling, budgeting, and forecasting. Your role involves ensuring accurate intercompany reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, and compliance with audit requirements. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage Monthly MIS and Group reporting, including Intercompany Reconciliation.
  • Oversee Production Controlling and Costing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead Budgeting and Forecasting activities for financial planning.
  • Manage Fixed Assets creation and verification, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate audits, including Statutory, Cost Audit, Tax Audit Schedules, and TDS.
  • Review and approve PO releases after thorough verification.
  • Oversee Material Creation and ensure accuracy in database records.
  • Manage monthly expense provisions with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Approve Vendor payments after necessary checks and validations.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of experience in financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting requirements and best practices.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and driving operational improvements.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA and global reporting tools.
  • High integrity and compliance-oriented mindset with a strong ethical foundation. Role Overview:
