As a Senior Product Manager (Product Analyst) at Wells Fargo, your role will involve leading or participating in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services. Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of Product Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SQL query and techno-functional skills
- Knowledge of Banking, Inventory Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms, and technologies
- Experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture, and systems integration
- Virtual leadership experience with the ability to drive results and build relationships in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Agile product management and end-to-end product delivery knowledge
In this role, you are expected to have strong analytical skills, understand the Agile framework, and demonstrate flexibility to work in different shifts. You will participate in various business operations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide guidance to less experienced staff. Collaboration with leaders and executive management is essential to present recommendations and monitor strategic approaches for business performance improvement.
