<p>Job Description Relationship Manager (RM)</p>

<p>Industry: Affordable Housing Finance<br/> **Location:** Bangalore - 560001, Karnataka</p>

<p>**CTC:** Up to 3.50LPA + Attractive Incentives</p>

<p>**Qualification:** Any Graduate</p>

<p>**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year (Home Loan / LAP Mandatory)</p>

<p>**Role Purpose:**</p>

<p>To drive sales of **Home Loans & LAP** products by sourcing business through DSA channels and open market, while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.</p>

<p>**Key Responsibilities:**</p>

<p>* Generate business through **DSA / Open Market channels**<br/>* Source and handle **Home Loan & LAP cases**<br/>* Manage complete process from **login to disbursement**<br/>* Build strong relationships with **DSA partners & customers**<br/>* Achieve assigned **monthly sales targets**<br/>* Coordinate with credit & operations team for smooth processing<br/>* Ensure **portfolio quality** and minimal delinquency</p>

<p>**Candidate Requirements:**</p>

<p>* Minimum **1 year experience in Home Loan / LAP**<br/>* Must be earning **incentives in current/last organization**<br/>* Good communication & convincing skills<br/>* Target-driven and self-motivated<br/>* **Local candidates preferred**<br/>* Job stability (minimum 1year in current organization preferred)</p>
