Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at a reputed Aesthetic & Skin Care Clinic in Chennai, your role will involve managing patient relationships, follow-ups, retention, and enhancing overall patient experience to drive clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient enquiries, consultations, and appointment scheduling
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with patients post-consultation and post-procedure
  • Provide detailed explanations of treatment plans, packages, and memberships
  • Focus on ensuring high patient satisfaction levels and encouraging repeat visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, patient data, and follow-up trackers
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and front office staff
  • Address patient feedback, complaints, and oversee service recovery processes
  • Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling strategies and retention initiatives

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA / Healthcare background preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in CRM, front office, clinic, hospital, or wellness center settings
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Tamil (English proficiency is an added advantage)
  • Possess a customer-focused approach combined with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in skin, dental, cosmetic, or wellness clinics would be advantageous

In addition to the specific job role, the company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The position is full-time and permanent, with a monthly salary range of 20,000.00 to 38,000.00. Your work location will be in person at the clinic.
