Job Description
As a visionary and strategic Head of Brand & Creative Strategy at our digital agency based in WFO - Vashi, you will lead the development of compelling brand narratives and integrated creative strategies for our clients. Your role will involve blending deep brand thinking with high-impact creative direction to ensure that all campaigns are insight-driven, culturally relevant, and business-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks for clients across various industries.
- Translate business objectives into powerful brand strategies and storytelling platforms.
- Drive brand audits, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee creative strategy across campaigns including digital, social, content, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with creative teams (design, copy, video) to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Guide ideation for high-impact campaigns and pitches.
- Act as a strategic advisor to key clients, building long-term relationships.
- Present and defend strategic and creative work confidently.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth and upselling.
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across channels such as social media, digital ads, influencer marketing, and content.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align brand and conversion strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- 1015+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or planning (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and strategic work.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking.
In addition, a preferred background would include:
- Experience in leading digital marketing or integrated agencies.
- Exposure to diverse sectors such as FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, and tech.
- Strong network within the creative and marketing ecosystem.
