Job Description

As the Head of Brand Design / Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in owning and shaping the brand end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include defining how millions of consumers experience the brand visually, emotionally, and culturally. You will be the custodian of the brand, setting the creative vision, building systems, and leading a high-impact design team while closely partnering with founders and cross-functional leaders.

**What You'll Own:**

  • **Brand Identity & Systems:**
  • Own complete brand identity visual language, tone, design systems, and creative standards.
  • Build scalable brand frameworks across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
  • **Creative Direction:**
  • Lead creative direction end-to-end for campaigns, product launches, category stories, shoots, content, and social.
  • Set the aesthetic bar across groceries, gourmet, and lifestyle categories with a premium, modern sensibility.
  • **Consumer Journey Design:**
  • Shape the entire consumer experience including app moments, packaging, delivery experience, caf/retail touchpoints, and offline brand moments.
  • Ensure every interaction feels intentional and elevated.
  • **Brand Strategy & Storytelling:**
  • Drive brand strategy including positioning, messaging pillars, content themes, and seasonal narratives.
  • Translate consumer insights, culture, and category truths into sharp, memorable visual stories.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with Category, Growth, Product, and Ops teams to turn insights into powerful creative executions.
  • Partner with top external agencies, studios, photographers, and creators.
  • **Team Building & Leadership:**
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance in-house creative team.
  • Create a culture of craft, speed, experimentation, and high standards.
  • **Founder Partnership:**
  • Partner directly with founders on flagship campaigns, brand bets, and defining key brand moments.
  • Act as a thought partner, contributing ideas and insights.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • 7-12 years of strong brand / creative leadership experience across consumer brands, FMCG, premium/luxury, or top creative agencies.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end brand systems, campaigns, storytelling, shoots, packaging, digital & offline.
  • A rare blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with a focus on building brand identity from scratch.
  • An exceptional aesthetic sense with a premium, modern, and detail-obsessed approach.
  • Passion for building brands that challenge category norms and creating meaningful consumer journeys.
  • Comfortable making big creative decisions and collaborating closely with leadership.
  • A natural leader who mentors designers, collaborates deeply, and raises creative standards.
  • Fast-moving, experimental, and action-oriented individual with a deep understanding of culture, design trends, content, and storytelling.
