CVX24 — Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Candidate”, “You” means the individual user who subscribes to or purchases CVX24’s Jobseeker Services.
• “Services” means the products and services provided by CVX24 under this agreement, including but not limited to assured interview call package, assured job package, profile ranking, recruiter insight and influencer services.
• “Platform” means the CVX24 website, mobile apps or other delivery channels.
• “Recruiter / HR” means any hiring manager, recruitment professional, or third-party recruiter contacted in the provision of Services.

2. Scope of Services & Eligibility

• CVX24 will provide the Services described on the order page, package page or invoice. All Services are subject to these Terms.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
• Certain services (e.g., “Assured Interview Calls”, “Assured Job Package”) are conditional on the Candidate providing timely cooperation, truthful information, and required access permissions (see Clause 4). Failure to comply releases CVX24 from any guarantee obligation.

3. Candidate Obligations

• You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal, professional and contact information.
• You must promptly respond to interview invites, recruiter messages, and all communications routed via CVX24. Excessive delays or no-shows may void any assurances and may lead to penalties (Clause 8).
• You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, employment history, or identity.

4. Access to Third-Party Profiles (Naukri / LinkedIn / Other Portals)

• To enable delivery of certain Services (including the Assured Interview Call Package and Assured Job Package), Candidates are required to provide CVX24 with access or permissions to their job-portal profiles (for example: Naukri, LinkedIn). Access can be provided by:
• granting recruiter/viewer permission via the portal’s official sharing features; or
• providing temporary credentials through a secure channel (recommended only if no view/share option exists); or
• sharing an authenticated link provided by the portal that permits recruiter view/download.
• By granting access you expressly authorize CVX24 to view, manage, update (where permitted), and use the profile data for the sole purpose of delivering Services. You remain responsible for securing your credentials and are recommended to change passwords after Services are complete.
• If a Candidate refuses or withdraws required access permissions and such refusal materially frustrates performance of a paid Service, CVX24 may suspend or terminate the Service and will not be liable for any refund beyond refund policy terms (Clause 7).

5. Service Conditions — “Assured” Packages

• Any product described as “assured” (e.g., assured interview calls, assured job package) is subject to additional conditions:
• Candidate must comply with all Candidate Obligations (Clause 3).
• Candidate must provide necessary profile access (Clause 4).
• Candidate must be eligible for roles CVX24 identifies (qualifications, location, legal right to work).
• CVX24’s obligation applies to the service deliverables defined on the package page (for example, number of interview calls) and not to an actual job offer, unless explicitly stated in writing.
• If Candidate fails to meet the conditions in this Clause, CVX24 may suspend the assurance, suspend Services, or deny any refund claim.

6. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are quoted on the product page and are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes (GST or other taxes) in addition to the price.
• Promotional discounts and time-limited offers are applied per the terms of that offer. Offers expire as stated.
• Failure to pay any fees when due may result in suspension, deactivation or termination of Services.

8. Penalties, Profile Suspension & Blocking

• If a Candidate intentionally hides or conceals communications, interview calls, or recruiter messages from the CVX24 team (including but not limited to deleting messages, failing to disclose recruiter invites, or refusing to forward screenshots of communication when requested for verification), CVX24 may:
• charge administrative penalties and/or additional service fees;
• suspend or block the Candidate’s profile on the Platform; and/or
• terminate active Service subscriptions without refund.
• Penalties may include forfeiture of promotional discounts and immediate suspension of benefits under any “assured” package. CVX24 will notify the Candidate by email/mobile before charging monetary penalties unless immediate action is required to prevent fraud or abuse.
• CVX24 may also share evidence of candidate misconduct with relevant recruiters or third parties where necessary to protect CVX24’s interests or to prevent fraud.

9. Prohibited Activities & Immediate Suspension

• Any activity that is illegal under Indian law (or the law of the country where Services are delivered) is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Posting or distributing pornographic, sexually explicit or adult content via the Profile or Platform;
• Using the Platform to facilitate prostitution, human trafficking, sex work, or other illicit adult services;
• Fraud, identity theft, forgery, or misrepresentation;
• Posting or distributing content promoting terrorism, hate speech, or violent extremism;
• Uploading malware or engaging in cybercrime.
• CVX24 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any Candidate suspected of engaging in prohibited activities. No refund will be due for Services in progress in such cases. CVX24 may report illegal activity to law enforcement or other authorities as required.

10. Privacy and Data Use

• By using CVX24 Services and by granting access to third-party profiles (Clause 4), you consent to CVX24 collecting, storing, processing and sharing your information where necessary to deliver Services (including sharing limited data with recruiters).
• CVX24 will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Candidates are advised to review the Privacy Policy before providing sensitive information.
• CVX24 will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Candidate data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Candidates should not share passwords in unsecured channels; where temporary credentials are shared, Candidates are recommended to reset passwords afterward.

11. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Platform, CVX24 branding, service methodology, templates and content belong to CVX24 or its licensors.
• Candidates grant CVX24 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Candidate CV content and profile data for the purpose of providing Services and for quality improvement, analytics, and anonymized reporting.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVX24’s aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CVX24 in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• CVX24 is not responsible for any failure by recruiters to hire you, any decision by recruiters to withdraw an interview or offer, or any job loss caused by third parties.
• You shall indemnify, defend and hold CVX24 harmless from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentations, or your illegal acts.

13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law

• Good Faith Negotiation. Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice.
• Mandatory Arbitration. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute by negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:
• Seat/venue of arbitration: New Delhi, India.
• Language of arbitration: English.
• Number of arbitrators: A sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement; if the parties cannot agree within 14 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the appointing authority under the Arbitration Act.
• The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties.
• Court Jurisdiction. Subject to arbitration above, any judicial proceedings to enforce or challenge an arbitral award or for interim relief may be brought in the courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
• This Clause does not prevent CVX24 from seeking injunctive or interim relief from any competent court in case of breach by the Candidate that would cause irreparable harm.

14. Suspension, Termination & Refunds

• CVX24 may suspend, restrict or terminate access to Services or accounts if:
  (a) Candidate breaches these Terms;
  (b) Candidate engages in prohibited or illegal activity;
  (c) Candidate withdraws required access and CVX24 cannot reasonably perform the Service.
• On termination for cause (breach or illegal activity), CVX24 may retain all fees and will have no liability to provide refunds except as required by applicable law.
• On termination without cause, refunds (if any) will be handled as per Clause 7.

15. Changes to Terms

• CVX24 may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting an updated Terms notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use of Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Force Majeure

• CVX24 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government actions, outages of third-party platforms such as Naukri/LinkedIn, or internet failures). Performance times may be reasonably extended.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CVX24 regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Assignment: Candidates may not assign or transfer rights under these Terms without CVX24’s prior written consent. CVX24 may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors.

19. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing or using CVX24 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
