CVX24 — Privacy Policy

1.1 To The Digital Limited (“CVX24”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is committed to protecting the personal information provided by users (“You”, “Your”, “User”). Your use of the CVX24 mobile application (“App”) or website constitutes Your consent to the collection, retention, and use of Your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2 This Privacy Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature and serves as a legally binding contract between You and CVX24.
1.3 We take the privacy of our Users seriously and are committed to safeguarding it while providing a valuable service.
1.4 CVX24 does not rent or sell User information to third parties. While we maintain high security standards, the transmission of data over the Internet or networks is not completely secure. CVX24 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted online.
1.5 By using the Platform, You grant CVX24 and its group companies consent to use Your registered profile name, picture, winnings, and related details (“Profile Information”) for promotional and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.
1.6 You grant CVX24 an exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and modify Your Profile Information.
1.7 You warrant that Your Profile Information does not violate any third-party rights and agree to indemnify CVX24 for any claims arising from such use.
1.8 You grant CVX24 perpetual rights to publish, reproduce, and use Your Profile Information for legitimate business purposes.
1.9 By using the Platform, You waive any future claims regarding CVX24’s use of Your Profile Information.
1.10 Access to the App is conditional upon Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (“Agreement”).
1.11 We may send promotional communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp about offers and services.
1.12 We may also contact You for market research or service feedback purposes.

10. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA REMOVAL
- You can delete your account at any time from the CVX24 Pro mobile application via: Hamburger Menu → Profile → More Options → Delete Account.
- For issues with account deletion or data removal, contact help@cvx24.com.
- Account deletion requests are confirmed within 12 hours and completed within 15 days.
- Once deleted, accounts and related data cannot be recovered.
