Zoho CRM Developer / Zoho Automation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, automating, and integrating Zoho applications end-to-end. You will need to be highly skilled in Deluge scripting, APIs, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and AI features across various Zoho apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced customization of Zoho CRM, including modules, layouts, fields, and page layouts
• Writing Deluge scripts for workflows, validation rules, buttons, and functions
• Building custom automation logic across sales pipelines
• Creating dashboards with advanced personalization
• Automating lead, deal, account, and contact lifecycle
• Ensuring CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and performance optimization
• Configuring and managing Zoho Desk ticket workflows, SLAs, assignment rules, and escalations
• Integrating Zoho Desk with CRM, SalesIQ, WhatsApp, and email
• Creating custom views, reports, and dashboards
• Implementing automation using Deluge, blueprint, and workflows
• Configuring Zoho SalesIQ Chat routing, bot flows, and visitor tracking
• Integrating SalesIQ Chat with CRM and Desk for chat-based lead capture automation
• Implementing AI-driven chat response optimization where applicable
• Integrating WhatsApp Business API with Zoho via partner tools for automation, templates, workflows, CRM sync
• Implementing Zoho PhoneBridge for calling APIs, call logging, tracking, and CRM linkage
• Setting up omnichannel communication for WhatsApp chat, email, and calls
• Managing Zoho Marketing Automation, Campaigns, and Journey creation
• Implementing lead scoring, segmentation, and multi-channel automation
• Syncing marketing data with CRM pipelines for performance tracking and optimization
• Building advanced Zoho Forms with workflows and CRM integration
• Creating documents using Zoho Writer templates, merge fields, and automation
• Designing and customizing Zoho Canvas layouts for CRM UI/UX
• Automating document generation for quotes, emails, and reports
• Configuring Zoho People basic HR workflows if required
• Managing Zoho Social integrations with CRM and marketing
• Utilizing Zoho Analytics for advanced reporting and dashboards
• Implementing cross-app automation using Zoho Flow APIs and webhooks
• Configuring webhooks for real-time data sync
• Integrating third-party tools such as website payment, marketing tools, and WhatsApp providers

Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM customization, Deluge scripting, APIs, workflows, and integrations
• Experience in automating processes and workflows within the Zoho ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
