As an Associate Director - Business Intelligence at Amber, you will play a crucial role in driving impact through data insights and reporting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases, performing data analysis, generating dynamic dashboards and reports, and collaborating with different departments to meet their data requirements. Your expertise will contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain databases, and data systems
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Generate dynamic dashboards and reports
- Liaise with department heads to understand data requirements and implement reporting systems
- Setup and monitor ETL processes
- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and industry
- Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
**Qualifications Required:**
- Strong mathematical skills
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in ETL framework
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.
- Problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven working experience in data analysis
