Senior Web & Performance Manager

As a Senior Web & Performance Manager at Civica, you will be responsible for owning Civica's web estate as a commercial asset, ensuring user journeys are relevant, conversion-optimized, and aligned to the go-to-market strategy. Your key responsibilities will include leading conversion rate optimization, managing web analytics infrastructure, defining and reporting on KPIs, partnering with SEO Manager, contributing to the web transformation program, and building and deploying campaign landing pages within the CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own web user journey strategy by ICP and product family, ensuring conversion-optimized experiences.
• Lead conversion rate optimization with A/B testing, analytics, and behavioral insights.
• Manage web analytics infrastructure (GA4, tag management, attribution) for reliable performance data.
• Define and report on KPIstraffic, engagement, conversion, lead volume, and pipeline impact.
• Partner with SEO Manager to integrate organic search and web performance.
• Contribute to web transformation program, shaping requirements and performance criteria.
• Build and deploy campaign landing pages and maintain product content directly in CMS.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven expertise in web performance and conversion rate optimization, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Advanced web analytics capability, with proficiency in GA4 or equivalent platforms.
• Strong CRO methodology and testing discipline, with hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
• Deep understanding of ICP-based web journey design and commercial orientation.
• Hands-on proficiency with CMS platforms and broader technical literacy.
