Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI. Your key deliverables will include:

  • **Digital Marketing Ownership:**
  • Own end-to-end digital marketing performance, including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are aligned with brand objectives, lead generation goals, and ROI targets.
  • **Social Media & Community Management:**
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms.
  • Maintain high-quality, on-brand content through content reviews and creative briefs.
  • Engage with and grow an active online community through strategic campaigns and interactions.
  • **Online Reputation Management (ORM):**
  • Manage the brand's reputation on digital platforms.
  • Address customer queries and reviews in collaboration with CRM and agencies.
  • Proactively turn negative feedback into positive brand outcomes.
  • **Website & App Performance:**
  • Oversee the performance and content governance of the website and app.
  • Monitor and optimize user experience, traffic, conversions, bounce rate, and SEO performance.
  • Coordinate content updates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • **Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation:**
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ensure timely rollout, performance tracking, and ROI delivery in partnership with business and CRM teams.
  • **Email Marketing:**
  • Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including copy, targeting, and analytics.
  • Ensure delivery accuracy, technical hygiene, and performance against targets.
  • **Reporting, Audit & Insights:**
  • Generate monthly performance reports for all digital channels.
  • Track costs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL):**

  • 5-8 years' experience in Digital / Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in social media campaigns, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and ROI measurement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent copy editing skills, stakeholder coordination, and creative judgment.
