- Helping to build and manage a team that covers performance marketing, brand communication, social media, website management, and content creation.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies on all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Leading the digital growth roadmap for both B2B and D2C verticals, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Creating and scaling performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive business objectives.
- Defining and implementing SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and reporting.
- Managing and enhancing owned digital assets such as websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
- Supporting digital activities related to brand initiatives like launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Overseeing email marketing and CRM strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and lead nurturing.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop robust reporting systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
- Ensuring consistent branding across all digital touchpoints to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Working closely with Business Unit Heads, leadership, and external partners to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
