As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our reputed Aesthetic & Skin Care Clinic in Chennai, your role will revolve around managing patient relationships to enhance their experience and contribute to the clinic's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient enquiries, consultations, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with patients post-consultation and post-procedure for their well-being.
- Clearly explain treatment plans, packages, and memberships to patients.
- Strive to ensure high patient satisfaction leading to repeat visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, patient data, and follow-up trackers for effective management.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and front office staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Address patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly to maintain goodwill.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic upselling and retention tactics.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA/ Healthcare background preferred).
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in CRM, front office, clinic, hospital, or wellness center.
- Strong communication skills are essential with proficiency in Tamil (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Display a customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset to cater to patient needs effectively.
- Previous experience in skin, dental, cosmetic, or wellness clinics would be beneficial.
In addition to the job description, the company offers health insurance, provident fund, and a competitive salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 38,000.00 per month. This position is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work at our clinic's location.
