- Assessing, managing, and monitoring candidates post-interview to evaluate readiness for employment
- Keeping employers and candidates informed about the recruitment process
- Confirming offers of employment and conducting background checks
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/HR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines
