  • Conducting interviews and selecting candidates based on qualifications and competencies
  • Assessing, managing, and monitoring candidates post-interview to evaluate readiness for employment
  • Keeping employers and candidates informed about the recruitment process
  • Confirming offers of employment and conducting background checks

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/HR
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
