As a Web Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining modern, user-friendly websites. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor - Customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements - Creating visually appealing layouts with a strong focus on UI/UX principles - Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO basics - Collaborating with developers, content writers, and marketing teams - Updating and managing website content as needed - Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility - Troubleshooting and efficiently fixing website issues To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 4-5 years of proven experience as a Web Designer - Strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor (Free Pro) - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design - Understanding of UI/UX best practices - Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization - Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred skills include: - Knowledge of WooCommerce - Experience with custom post types and ACF - Basic understanding of PHP - Experience working with page builders and custom themes - Familiarity with website security and backups In addition to a competitive salary based on experience, we offer you the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
