As a Creative Producer at TeamLease EdTech, your role involves combining strong editing fundamentals, creative storytelling, and AI-powered workflows to shape narratives, formats, and visual direction across various content types. Your speed and quality are both non-negotiable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, websites, and ads - Translate briefs and rough ideas into compelling visual stories - Create multiple cuts and variants efficiently without compromising quality - Suggest hooks, pacing, formats, and visual treatments to improve engagement - Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnarounds **AI & Workflow Expectations:** - Actively use AI tools to improve speed and output quality - Utilize AI tools like auto-captioning & transcription tools, AI-based b-roll, background removal, enhancements, AI voiceovers, music, or motion assist tools - Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools to optimize workflows **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve - Working knowledge of After Effects or motion basics (preferred, not mandatory) - Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy - Ability to edit various formats like talking-head, corporate, brand, and social-first formats - High attention to detail in audio, transitions, text, framing **Mindset & Working Style:** - Speed with consistency and quality - Comfortable with feedback and fast iterations - Proactive, ownership-driven approach - Curious, adaptable, and AI-first in thinking - Outcome-oriented rather than perfection-driven **What Will Set You Apart:** - Portfolio showcasing fast turnaround and impact-driven edits - Demonstrated use of AI to improve editing workflows - Ability to suggest creative improvements, not just execute briefs - Experience with leadership, brand, or education-focused content In this role, you will work on a variety of content including brand films, campaign videos, leadership messages, event after-movies, and social & performance creatives.
