As a JavaScript Developer with 3+ years of experience, your key responsibilities will include: - Website development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a preference for Drupal, WordPress, or SiteCore - Working in either agency or client-side settings, focusing on B2C retail, leisure, or travel in the premium/luxury sector - Providing accurate time estimates for design work and ensuring timely completion - Collaborating with scrum teams in an Agile environment - Utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Trello, etc. - Demonstrating a self-starting attitude with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Working effectively within a small team and communicating across various functions - Maintaining flexibility, positivity, and resilience, while fostering innovation and collaboration - Meeting time and quality expectations across multiple initiatives concurrently - Familiarity with AB Tasty or similar testing platform tools like VWO, Optimizely In this role, fluency in English (spoken/written) is essential.
