Job Description
As the Lead of the development team in both in house and vendor collaboration, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality Java/J2EE enterprise solutions. You should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the in-house and vendor technology teams.
- Implement, develop, code, and deploy business requirements using Java/J2EE.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) to validate the solutions.
- Create unit test cases to ensure quality.
- Perform performance, load, and security tests for critical solutions.
- Own and coordinate System/User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with Technical Analysts, development team, Business Analysts, and Vendors for technical support.
Skills & Attributes:
- Solid hands-on experience in developing Java/J2EE based enterprise solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Expertise in Full Stack Java development utilizing frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and build tools like Maven/Gradle, along with RDBMS/No-SQL databases.
- Proficiency in at least one frontend technology such as ReactJS or Angular 2+.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective professional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Experience with airline software solutions is a plus.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of Java/J2EE development experience in the IT-Airline Industry.
- Bachelors degree in BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent.
Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
