Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and guiding the CRE and operations team, handling client servicing and mutual fund transactions. Your tasks will include allocating tasks based on priority, timelines, and client requirements, supporting team members in resolving operational issues and client queries, providing training on mutual fund processes, platforms, and servicing standards, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and deadlines. In terms of client servicing and relationship management, you will act as the escalation point for servicing matters, especially for HNI clients. Your role will involve ensuring timely and professional communication regarding transactions and portfolio updates, handling complex client concerns and ensuring prompt resolution, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will oversee mutual fund operations, including the execution of purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations. It will be your responsibility to ensure that transactions are processed accurately within defined timelines, review documentation and records to maintain accuracy and audit readiness, and ensure compliance with AMFI and SEBI regulations. Your role will also involve identifying operational gaps and recommending workflow improvements, developing and maintaining SOPs for client servicing and transaction processes, and strengthening tracking systems for transactions and client requests. Additionally, you will stay updated on market trends and mutual fund performance, review client portfolios to identify risks or improvement opportunities, and coordinate with the advisory team for portfolio changes such as fund switches or SIP modifications. Working closely with business owners on operational priorities and client initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide regular updates on operational activities and team progress, as well as support the implementation of new processes or systems. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in mutual fund distribution or financial services - Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIPs, NAVs, and portfolio reporting - Familiarity with mutual fund platforms such as NJ Partnerdesk or similar systems - Experience in client servicing and mutual fund operations - Experience handling HNI clients will be an advantage - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills - High attention to detail and strong organizational ability - Client-centric mindset and professional approach towards servicing - Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the wealth management industry About the Company: Aspire Financial Services is a 19-year-old Thane-based mutual fund distribution firm specializing in providing investment solutions to help clients grow their finances and build wealth. Siddharth, the second generation in this business, has been instrumental in providing research insights, enhancing service quality, and heading client relationship management. He is a certified financial planner and manages over 200 client portfolios.
