Team Lead, Engineering

**Job Description** As a technical leader at CyberArk, your role will involve providing guidance and leadership to a team of backend and frontend developers, as well as QA engineers. You will be responsible for staying updated with technological trends and motivating the team to utilize cutting-edge technology in developing enterprise-scale software. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical and architectural guidance in the development of the next-gen Identity Security Platform. - Participating in software development cycles with a focus on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance. - Ensuring the adoption of solid software engineering principles such as unit test automation, code reviews, and continuous integration. - Mentoring and coaching other engineers while ensuring adherence to CyberArk Engineering practices and security coding guidelines. - Managing the career growth and aspirations of the engineers in your team. - Collaborating with other engineering teams, Product Management, and field professionals to understand customer requirements for product enhancements. - Interfacing with the Support team to address customer escalation issues and diagnose/fix product issues. - Assisting engineering leadership in the hiring process. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you should possess the following critical skills: - BE / B Tech / MCA or equivalent degree - 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise software. - Experience in developing cloud-based solutions, with expertise in AWS considered a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a software development team as a tech/team lead. - Expertise and hands-on experience with Python, React, or both.
