Sr. professional services project manager

As a Senior Project Manager on the Egnyte Professional Services team, your main responsibility would be to plan and oversee multiple customer projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. You will need to plan project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders updated effectively. Your ultimate goal is to successfully manage projects from initiation to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates for this role are those with broad experience in handling difficult situations professionally and thoroughly.

Your Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles within a technology organization, both remote and onsite
• Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Experience in managing multiple projects with multiple resources
• Ability to handle escalations at all levels and a strong understanding of project financials
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
• Understanding of technology related to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred
• Willingness to work during US Eastern time every day

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage complex programs and projects for successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnytes platform
• Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues effectively
• Act as a liaison between Egnytes customers and internal teams to ensure project completion and success
• Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures
• Predict resources needed, manage resources efficiently, and bring in additional resources as required
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout the engagement
