Role Overview: As a part of the FP&A Operations team at CrowdStrike, you will lead the India FP&A Operations Shared Services Center (SSC) team. Your responsibilities will include managing various FP&A processes in collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, and other key stakeholders. Reporting to the VP, Global Business Services in India, and indirectly to the VP, FP&A Operations in the US, you will oversee the monthly close and forecast processes, annual operating plans, and strategic analysis to support CrowdStrike's rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, manage, and develop a team of FP&A Operations SSC analysts - Ensure quality and timeliness of monthly financial close and reporting in coordination with FP&A and Accounting teams - Prepare and present monthly variance analysis packages for Management teams - Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including cost and headcount areas - Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze variances - Review purchase requisitions against cost center budgets - Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes - Drive continuous improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 15+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A - Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting processes, and US GAAP - Previous experience in team management and development - Background in project management Additional Company Details: CrowdStrike provides a range of benefits to its employees, including market-leading compensation and equity awards, comprehensive wellness programs, competitive vacation and holidays, paid parental and adoption leaves, professional development opportunities, vibrant office culture, and more.
