Job Description

As an Assistant Manager BFSI AI Software Sales at Aska Technologies Private Limited, your role involves driving business growth through strategic sales of niche AI software solutions within the banking and financial services sector, particularly in South India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales of niche AI software solutions such as fraud detection, risk analytics, identity intelligence, and security-focused banking platforms across public and large private sector banks. - Generate qualified leads through proactive networking, relationship building, and structured market research. - Understand and navigate complex banking procurement cycles, RFP processes, and vendor empanelment procedures. - Build strong relationships with senior banking officials, IT heads, risk teams, and key decision-makers. - Deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, and value-driven proposals aligned with client pain points. - Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission, commercial negotiation, and deal closure. - Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales and technical teams to align AI solutions with banking requirements. - Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and achievement of assigned revenue targets. - Act as the single point of contact for business development initiatives within the assigned South India territory. - Prepare detailed technical proposals, budgetary documents, commercial submissions, and official client communications. **Qualifications:** - Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized institute. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 46 years of experience in BFSI software sales. - Hands-on experience in selling niche AI software solutions to banks across South India, with strong knowledge of the regional banking ecosystem. - Proven track record in enterprise solution sales within the BFSI public sector and large private banking space. - Strong understanding of RFP/tender processes, vendor onboarding, and banking compliance procedures. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven professional with the ability to independently manage complex and long sales cycles. - Willingness to travel extensively within South India as required. **Preferred Skills:** - Exposure to AI-driven fraud prevention systems, identity intelligence platforms, cybersecurity analytics, or digital banking technologies. - Established professional network within public and private sector banks in South India. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting platforms.
