Software Engineer - Java

You will be working with IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited, India's only listed RegTech SaaS provider, offering technology-driven regulatory and supervisory compliance solutions globally. As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining backend applications using Java, with expertise in the Spring Boot framework. - Working on workflow management systems, utilizing BPMN for process modeling and execution. - Collaborating with frontend developers, preferably with hands-on experience in Angular 17 or above. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through strong debugging and log analysis. - Contributing to design discussions, participating in code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Java backend development. - Practical experience with Spring Boot. - Proven knowledge of workflow management and BPMN. - Hands-on experience with Angular 17+ (preferred). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to effectively monitor and interpret application logs.
