You will be serving as a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant for a Contract role of 6 months based in Bangalore. The work schedule will be On-Site. Your main responsibility will be leading discussions with the implementation partner, driving the implementation process, problem-solving, and enhancing overall processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with the implementation partner
- Drive the implementation, along with the implementation partner
- Solve problems effectively
- Enhance and optimize processes
Qualifications:
- Should have experience at the Architect, Manager, or Director level
- This role requires you to be an individual contributor
- Act as a Solution Architect and Solution Delivery Manager
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Strong driver of projects
- Expertise in Servicenow ITSM
- Must have 10 to 15 years of Servicenow ITSM experience
