Job Description

As an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience, your role will involve leveraging your ITSM knowledge and skills in Client Script, Script includes, Business rules, ACL's, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow designer, Workflow editor, and Portal configuration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining various ServiceNow components such as Order Guides, Data Imports, Transformation Maps, Change Management, Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Assignment Rules, SLAs, Views, and Email support.
  • Supporting ServiceNow Service Catalogue and Requested Items related artifacts.
  • Configuring Service Catalogue to create service requests for multiple stakeholders like App teams, HR, and Service Desk Team.
  • Configuring ServiceNow Portal using Angular JS.
  • Following Agile/Scrum/VTB methodology for project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and audit requirements.
  • Managing ServiceNow Licenses and Subscriptions.

Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with ServiceNow stakeholders to gather requirements, stay updated with the latest features, releases, and upgrades in ServiceNow. Your skills should include automation, ITSM, ServiceNow, business rules, API, and flow.
