Job Description

As an experienced SEO professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, technical, and AI-driven areas. Your role will involve leading and mentoring the SEO team, freelancers, writers, and external agencies to ensure high-quality output. You will drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving visibility, traffic quality, lead generation, and revenue. Additionally, conducting advanced keyword research, category mapping, and competitive analysis for high-impact landing pages will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-funnel SEO strategies. - Lead and mentor the SEO team, freelancers, writers, and external agencies. - Drive initiatives to enhance visibility, traffic quality, lead generation, and revenue. - Conduct advanced keyword research, category mapping, and competitive analysis. - Implement AEO, GEO, and LLM-based practices for improved visibility across AI search ecosystems. - Monitor and analyze performance using various tools to generate insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated content and SEO strategies. - Identify growth gaps, propose experiments, and implement strategic improvements for organic performance. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience in SEO with proven results in traffic, rankings, and revenue growth. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and modern search experience practices. - Prior experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional SEO initiatives with excellent communication and leadership skills. - Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, or MSME-related projects is advantageous. - Analytical, proactive, and capable of owning the full organic marketing function.
