Role Overview:
You will be responsible for owning the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment and post-launch support. You will also lead Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage the backlog in Jira, and ensure the team maintains a steady, predictable velocity. Additionally, you will partner with Solution Architects to review architectural decisions for scalability, security, and cloud-native aspects. Your role will involve coaching and developing engineering talent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety. Proactively identifying bottlenecks, especially when projects require coordination across global teams, will also be a part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- PMP certification
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies
