Senior Technical Program Manager - AI and Machine Learning

As a Senior Leadership Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects leveraging your engineering expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Devise, direct, and deliver a portfolio of strategic programs in collaboration with global teams to establish scalable technical capabilities supporting Geos priorities, with a specific emphasis on the User-Generated Content (UGC) ecosystem.
• Manage and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers to achieve strategic project goals for UGC and scaled capabilities aimed at enhancing and sustaining the UGC moderation ecosystem.
• Identify transformational opportunities for blending human and machine intelligence across technical development and maintenance projects to drive productivity and meet product objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute experiments and proofs of concept to validate product ideas, as well as develop and test experimental solutions from an automation perspective.
• Utilize technical knowledge and data-driven insights to proactively address and resolve Geos most intricate projects and challenges.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in technical program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with or without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience leading the development of global technical capabilities in a matrixed environment, operating at an executive management level.
