Key Responsibilities: - Development & Integration: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django. - Build and integrate robust RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange. - Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Streamlit. - Optimization & Best Practices: - Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and maintain high code quality. - Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with minimal downtime. - Collaboration & Leadership: - Work closely with cross-functional teamsproduct managers, designers, and developersto define and implement new features. - Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and code quality. - Stay updated with the latest trends and share insights to drive innovation. Requirements: - 7-9 years of professional experience in Python development, particularly with Django. - Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integrations. - Proven experience with Streamlit for building interactive data apps. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating front-end components. - Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and unit testing frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in a related field. - Contributions to open-source projects related to Python, Django, or Streamlit. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of Docker and containerization. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
