Job Description

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Right Remote Team, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling paid media campaigns across various digital platforms in the UAE and GCC markets. Your primary focus will be on driving measurable growth, conversion optimization, and ROI through a data-driven approach. Here's what will be expected from you: **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Manage campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc. - Lead campaign planning including audience targeting, keyword strategy, budget allocation, and bid optimization. - Drive campaign performance through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization. - Manage budgets effectively to achieve target CPA, CPL, and ROAS goals. **Tracking, Measurement & Data Integrity:** - Implement and manage advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. - Ensure accurate attribution and measurement across all paid media channels. - Monitor campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and performance trends. **Reporting, Insights & Decision Making:** - Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign KPIs. - Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to internal stakeholders and leadership teams. - Support strategic decisions by connecting campaign performance with overall business objectives. **Market & Business Understanding:** - Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and digital marketing ecosystems. - Identify opportunities to scale campaigns across the UAE and GCC markets. - Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 35+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management. - Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets, preferably UAE and GCC. **Required Skills:** - Advanced expertise in Google Ads campaign management and optimization. - Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising. - Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance analysis and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and measurement. - Ability to build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into insights and strategic recommendations. - Solid understanding of digital marketing attribution models and performance metrics. - Experience running multi-market performance campaigns across the GCC. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio. - Ability to develop growth experiments and data-driven marketing strategies.
