As a highly experienced Performance Marketing Specialist, your role will involve developing and implementing a clear paid acquisition strategy utilizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing a clear paid acquisition strategy
Setting up, testing, and optimizing campaigns
Building structured audience funnels
Improving engagement and conversion rates
Thinking in terms of brand growth for long-term success
You will have access to:
An existing customer base (email + phone database)
Active social media presence
Creative assets (video & design)
Long-term vision for brand positioning
What we require from you:
Full campaign setup (Meta + Google)
Custom audience & lookalike audience strategy
Retargeting architecture
A/B testing framework
Budget allocation guidance
Performance tracking and reporting
Ongoing optimization based on results
It is essential that you have a deep understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, LTV, Funnel Drop-offs, etc.
Additionally, experience with the following would be a bonus:
Integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
Knowledge of automation systems or AI agents for audience segmentation
Working with content-driven brands
