Job Description
As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative, your role will be critical in driving revenue growth for our client by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Your success in this role will require excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be expected to work effectively in a remote-first environment, leveraging various sales tools and methodologies to engage potential customers and present compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling).
- Effectively qualify leads and identify customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations remotely.
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of deals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Mentor and support junior sales representatives.
- Contribute to sales strategy development and process improvements.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track activities and manage pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in an inside sales or business development role, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Experience in a remote sales environment preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to understand complex product offerings and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong self-motivation, discipline, and organizational skills to manage remote work effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus.
