Regional Sales Marketing Manager

As a Marketing & Sales Manager at Canam Consultants, you will be responsible for driving student recruitment and expanding the company's presence across South India in the Overseas Education/Study Abroad industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead regional sales strategy to achieve student enrollment targets

Drive lead generation & conversions through digital and on-ground campaigns

Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and education consultants

Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and education fairs

Manage and mentor a team of counselors and sales executives

Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Qualifications Required:

510 years of experience in sales/marketing (overseas education or edtech preferred)

Proven track record in achieving revenue and enrollment targets

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Good understanding of study abroad processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Willingness to travel across South India
