As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through new sales, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities from a named list of enterprise accounts in India. Your role will involve managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, conducting high-impact product demos and presentations, and building strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and key decision-makers. Your expertise in consultative selling and negotiation will be crucial in closing high-value contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Customer Success to drive renewals, upsells, and retention by identifying growth opportunities and tracking customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seven to eight-figure revenue from enterprise accounts through new sales, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct impactful product demos and presentations to showcase AI-powered solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers using a consultative approach.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts aligned with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive renewals, upsells, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications Required:

  • 8-10 years of enterprise sales experience in India, closing seven to eight-figure deals.
  • Strong solution selling skills with a deep understanding of ROI and business drivers.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong enterprise network and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with modern sales tools and CRMs.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
