Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in spearheading digital marketing initiatives across various channels. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, optimizing SEO efforts, managing paid advertising campaigns, guiding content marketing, leading social media strategies, overseeing email marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and providing leadership to a team of digital marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing. - Align marketing objectives with business goals to enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. - Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve keyword ranking, organic traffic, and domain authority. - Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively. - Guide content marketing strategy to produce engaging content supporting customer journey stages and brand storytelling. - Lead social media strategy to drive brand engagement, foster community, and generate leads. - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, nurturing, and retention. - Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to refine actionable insights and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and key metrics. - Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and ensuring continuous growth and learning within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus. - Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in multichannel campaigns. - Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices. - Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on digital marketing trends. This job also requires a Senior SEO professional with the following qualifications and responsibilities: - Deep knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization. - Responsible for planning and executing online strategies for keyword ranking and driving web traffic. - Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEOMOZ, SEMrush, Ahref, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Search Console. - Ability to manage multiple projects, keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, and work with the tech team for necessary backend changes. - Ability to interact with clients for SEO reviews and measure SEO KPIs regularly. - Good understanding of HTML, WordPress, JavaScript, and various e-commerce platforms.
