Job Description
You will be part of the enterprise sales team at a leading Skills & Talent Development organization like NIIT Limited. Your primary responsibility as a Key Account Manager (KAM) will be to manage, nurture, and expand relationships with strategic accounts while acquiring new enterprise customers in your assigned geography. You will focus on value-based selling of IT education and training solutions to large B2B clients, aiming to achieve sustained revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and strategic account expansion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and drive revenue from the defined strategic accounts across India.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, order intake, collection, and margin targets.
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client business goals.
- Identify and convert new enterprise prospects into long-term customers.
- Negotiate commercials, ensure favorable margins, and manage contract lifecycle.
- Drive customer satisfaction measurement and feedback management.
- Support and implement sales and marketing campaigns for enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with delivery, pre-sales, and regional teams.
- Manage partner relationships where applicable.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 15+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a focus on consulting/advisory/value-based selling.
- At least 10+ years in IT Education / Corporate Training sales to B2B clients.
- Proven track record in generating 2+ Crore annual revenue per strategic account.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-location enterprise accounts across India.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
- Demonstrated new business development capability within enterprise accounts.
- Strong executive selling skills and C-suite engagement experience.
- Experience in IT Education / Training / Consulting solutions selling.
- Competitive intelligence tracking and market awareness.
- Ability to work in matrixed organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen and margin orientation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High networking capability.
- Proficient in conflict management.
