React Native Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be the React Native Technical Lead responsible for leading the design, development, and scalability of cross-platform mobile applications. Your role will involve defining end-to-end mobile application architecture using React Native, setting coding standards, mentoring teams, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across iOS and Android platforms. Collaboration with Product, UX, Backend, and DevOps teams will be essential, along with guiding and mentoring React Native developers. Key Responsibilities: - Define end-to-end mobile application architecture using React Native - Lead technical design decisions, frameworks, libraries, and tooling - Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of mobile applications - Establish best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and release management - Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and DevOps teams - Guide and mentor React Native developers - Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and resolve complex technical issues - Manage integration with native modules (iOS & Android) when required - Drive adoption of modern mobile engineering patterns Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in React Native with architecture-level understanding - Advanced knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript - Experience with Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar state management - Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle (iOS & Android) - Experience integrating native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) modules - Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization - Experience with REST & GraphQL API integration, authentication methods, and cloud platforms - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, unit testing & automation, and app store deployment processes - Familiarity with various architecture and design patterns for mobile applications - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Additional Details: The company emphasizes stable, scalable, high-performance mobile architecture, reduced technical debt, faster feature delivery, high-quality app releases with minimal production issues, and a well-mentored mobile engineering team.
