Job Description

As the Head of Projects at Trehan Iris, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with management to define strategies for residential and commercial projects, aligning them with long-term goals.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed project proposals.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced project efficiency.
  • Representing Trehan Iris in meetings with clients, investors, and regulatory authorities to showcase commitment to wellness, excellence, and quality.
  • Participating in bidding processes and negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Organizing and managing all project resources and site activities efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective completion while prioritizing safety and quality.

You will also be expected to:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and analyze competitors' projects to adjust company strategies.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules for ongoing developments and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Track project expenditures, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality adherence.
  • Innovate to meet market trends and ensure sustainable practices in all projects.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, safety, and quality officers.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and share with management for further review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of project management experience in real estate and construction.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale projects and real estate project management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Technical expertise in design, construction, and MEP.
  • Expertise in contract strategy development and vendor management.
  • Financial acumen for cost control and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and organizational ability.
