<li data-end="963" data-section-id="1yxpnyj" data-start="875">Drive overall sales strategy & revenue growth for MEP turnkey and cleanroom projects</li>
<li data-end="1051" data-section-id="ilxw2h" data-start="964">Lead business development across pharma, biotech, healthcare & regulated industries</li>
<li data-end="1140" data-section-id="1i0btzv" data-start="1052">Acquire and manage large turnkey projects (HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, MEP systems)</li>
<li data-end="1233" data-section-id="6z9pyo" data-start="1141">Build strong relationships with pharma clients, consultants, EPC contractors & PMC firms</li>
<li data-end="1319" data-section-id="1krw1do" data-start="1234">Lead tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and high-value contract negotiations</li>
<li data-end="1391" data-section-id="1gv6jel" data-start="1320">Own key accounts and drive repeat business & long-term partnerships</li>
<li data-end="1458" data-section-id="x37g3f" data-start="1392">Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures with strong governance</li>
<li data-end="1515" data-section-id="k275jy" data-start="1459">Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team</li>

<li data-end="1734" data-section-id="6ceatg" data-start="1641">Proven track record in turnkey project sales, especially in pharma/cleanroom environments</li>
<li data-end="1799" data-section-id="ajz9r0" data-start="1735">Deep network within pharma, biotech, EPC & regulated sectors</li>
<li data-end="1863" data-section-id="275owf" data-start="1800">Experience handling large deal sizes and strategic accounts</li>
<li data-end="1930" data-section-id="w8g60a" data-start="1864">Strong leadership, stakeholder management & negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
