Job Summary

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd is looking for an experienced PPC (Production Planning & Control) Manager with strong expertise in hydraulic systems and hydraulic components manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing, timely delivery, and optimal utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and control (PPC) activities to ensure timely production schedules and delivery commitments.

• Develop and monitor production plans, capacity planning, and material planning.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow.

• Ensure proper planning for manufacturing of hydraulic components such as valves, solenoid valves, and cartridge valves.

• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

• Maintain inventory control and production scheduling to minimize delays and bottlenecks.

• Track key production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturing procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Hydraulic Systems and Hydraulic Components

• Experience in manufacturing of:

  • Hydraulic Valves

  • Solenoid Valves

  • Cartridge Valves

• Good understanding of:

  • CNC Machining

  • Heat Treatment Processes

  • Fluid Dynamics

  • Assembly Processes

• Knowledge of production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing workflows
