Organic & Paid Growth Strategist

You will be responsible for driving organic growth through strong On-page & Off-page SEO, planning and executing SEO-led blog content strategy, optimizing content for AI search platforms, running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research & competitor analysis, building quality backlinks, improving domain authority, tracking KPIs using GA4, GSC, Meta Ads Manager, and delivering monthly performance reports with insights & action plans. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years hands-on SEO experience - Strong blog writing & content optimization skills - Experience with Meta Ads (budget handling + performance scaling) - Clear understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) - Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console - Analytical mindset with data-backed decision-making Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved keyword rankings, increased organic traffic & conversions, strong ROAS from Meta campaigns, and enhanced visibility across AI-driven search platforms.
